Dotti Bierschwale

Dotti is a lifetime resident of San Antonio. She graduated from East Central High School and has an Associate's Degree in Mortuary Science and a degree in Computer Programming from San Antonio College.
Following in her father Don Bierschwale's footsteps and continuing his legacy in the funeral industry, currently owns three funeral homes on the Southside of San Antonio. She has been a licensed Funeral Director since 1983. Dotti met her husband Ephraim in the funeral business in 1991, and they both share the same passion for the funeral industry, and he is also a Licensed Funeral Director and Embalmer.

Ephraim grew up in Pawnee, TX, and graduated from Pawnee High School in 1978.
He has been a Licensed Funeral Director and Embalmer since 1993, and currently, along with his wife Dotti, owns three funeral homes in San Antonio.

Abriana Funari
Administrator
Abriana is a San Antonio native and dog mom. In 2018, she graduated from San Antonio College as a Distinguished Graduate with an Associate's in Mortuary Science. She joined Olinger-Saenz in 2020 and is honored to be a part of the family.
Abriana enjoys tending to her plants, playing video games, and trying various coffee shops around the city. She strives to always see the best in every situation and helps others to do the same.

Cindy Ybarra joined the Olinger-Saenz family in 2008 as a Chapel Assistant.
Emilio Gonzalez
Embalmer
Emilio is a lifelong resident of San Antonio, graduating from John Marshall High School. He attended San Antonio College and graduated with an Associate's degree in Mortuary Science in 2018. Emilio joined Olinger – Saenz Mortuary in November of 2018 and serves as a Licensed Embalmer. He is also a Certified Crematory Service Provider.
Emilio is a dog father to a ferocious miniature dachshund whom they call Nacho. He is a film aficionado, collects manga, and enjoys coffee.
