It is with deep sorrow that we announce the passing of Ronald Ray Rodriguez, lovingly known as Ron, who left us on May 4, 2025, at the age of 65. A lifelong resident of San Antonio, Texas, Ron was a devoted father, cherished family member, and a friend to many.

Born on December 21, 1959, Ron lived a life marked by kindness and humor. He was known for his warm heart, steady presence, and the joy he brought to those around him. His stories, laughter, and strength will be deeply missed and fondly remembered. So will his hilarious jokes.

Ron is survived by 4 daughters Janah Rodriguez, Elizabeth Rodriguez, Julia Rodriguez, Ronni Rodriguez, and their mother Mary Rodriguez. He is survived by one son, Ronaldo "Rico" Rodriguez and his 7 grandchildren and 7 great-grandchildren.  He is also survived by his siblings Hubert and Melinda Molina.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Cindy Rodriguez; his parents, Robert O. and Dolores Rodriguez; and Rico's beloved mother, Theresa Perez.

A service to celebrate Ron's life will be held on May 12th at San Juan De Los Lagos Church in San Antonio. Family and friends are invited to come together to honor and remember the life of a remarkable man.
