It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Marion Albert Reed, born in Brady, Texas on December 6th, 1937, and passed away on July 12th, 2024. Marion is survived by his devoted spouse of 63 years, Sharon Reed, whom he met in Brownwood, Texas, experiencing love at first sight.

Marion is also survived by his children, David Reed (Lori Reed), Debra Castleman (Charlie Castleman), and Lorri Baird (Larry Baird), as well as numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren who brought him immeasurable joy throughout his life.

Marion was a dedicated Christian, a loving provider, and a skilled truck driver. He found joy in deer hunting, fishing, and most of all, spending time with his beloved grandchildren and families. Marion's presence will be deeply missed, but his legacy of love, strength, and devotion will forever live on in the hearts of those who knew him. We would also like to thank all individuals, nurses, and doctors at various offices and the dialysis center who have provided astounding care to Marion in his time of need.
