BERNATAVICH Lois Ann Bernatavich,75 of San Antonio, Texas formerly of De Pue, ILL, passed away at her home Monday, March 21, 2011. Interment will be at Fort Sam Houston National Cemetery in San Antonio, Texas later this year. Olinger-Saenz Mortuary Service ,San Antonio, Texas is in charge of arrangements. Lois was born April 6, 1925 at DePue to Henry J and Rose (Lehmann) Croissant. She married William "Bill" Bernatavich Sr. September 16, 1962 at De Pue,Illinois. Survivors ar her two daughters, Cynthia (William) Lucas of DePue,Ill, Susan (Kenneth Wallis) Bernatavich of St.Hedwig,TX, one son William "Jimmy" Bernatavich,Jr of Texas, one grandson, Eric Lucas and one great-grandson, one sister, Mary Lou Sullivan of Omaha,Nebraska, two brothers, James Croissant of Burlen, Washinton and Ernest Croissant of Fort Collins, Colorado . She was preceded in death by her hisband, her partents, four sisters Myrtle Preiser, Ethel, Darline Chiaventone and Bernice Mentgen, five brothers, Richard, Robert, Warren and two in infancy.
