Kathryn V. Meeks passed away June 19, 2011 in San Antonio, Texas at the age of 61. She was born in San Antonio, Texas on September 15, 1949. Mrs. Macias is survived by her husband Martin M. Macias; daughters Barbra Anne Huddleston, Elizabeth Lee Frazier, Martina Lynd Fowler, Christina Jo Re Ybarra and her granddaughter Natasja Nicole Frazier; brother Edward Meeks Jr., sisters Melody McNeil, Rose Mary Reynders and Candia Cannon as well as numerous other relatives. She is preceded in death by her father Edward Meeks Sr., sister Terry Lynd Hoskins and her brother John Patrick Meeks. The visitation for Mrs. Macias will be held on Sunday, June 26, 2011 at Southside Funeral Home (6301 S. Flores, San Antonio, Texas 78214) from 2pm until 8pm. The funeral service will be held on Monday, June 27, 2011 at the same location at 8:30am with a burial to follow in procession in Fort Sam Houston National Cemetery at 9:45am
