Known for her love of family and great cooking, Herminia "Minnie" Dimas will be dearly missed by all who knew her. Minnie's zest for life was felt by friends and family alike. She was well known in the Southside community which she loved dearly. She worked at Gilbert Elementary for many years and attended school board meetings to ensure the children's
and community's best interests. Minnie's family asks that she be remembered for the joy she brought to others in life, not the sadness of her passing. She is survived by her husband of over 50 years, Joe Dimas; daughter, Debbie Perales (Dennis); son Mark Dimas (Jessica); grandchildren Isaac (Amanda), Jacob (Kayla), Benjamin (Samantha), Brooklyn, Kal-el and her two beautiful great-granddaughters Madeline and Vivian. A celebration of life will be held at a later date.
