It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of our precious Frank Andrew Cardenas.

Born on June 25th, 1990, Frankie gave us his boundless love even through the hardest of

hardships. He died on October 29th, 2023, at the tender age of 33 due to medical

complications. Frankie is survived by his mother, Delia, his brothers Eric, Adrian, Cody, and

Demas, sisters Nefertite and Andrea, brother-in-laws Jeff and Josh, sister-in-laws Susan and Jade, step-sisters

Velma, Sandra, and Jessica, and numerous nieces and nephews.

Although non-verbal, Frankie could light up a room with his smile and joyous sounds. He

couldn't communicate with us through normal means, but boy did we know when he was angry

or happy. Frankie loved watching sports, game shows, classical Disney cartoons, and loved

Tejano music, especially Selena. Those joyous sounds mentioned earlier would absolutely

come out during a Dallas Cowboys touchdown, Spurs bucket, or Disney sing-along.

His death is met with mixed emotions. A big part of our lives is gone, and a void left in its wake,

but he no longer has to suffer the pain and discomfort he experienced from his cerebral palsy.

The love lost is heartbreaking, but the beautiful bonds that were formed between Frankie and

his loved ones are eternal.

We'd like to thank everyone that offered support during these trying times, it really means the

world to us. The funeral will be held at Omega Church: 3737 Roosevelt, 78214, November 6th at 5:00-8:00 PM.
