Frances Joan Desjardin went to be with the Lord surrounded by family on April 8, 2023. Fran, as she was known, was a lover of literature with an impressive collection of classic books. Fran's seamstress skills were second to none. Fran was a friend for life with friendships that lasted decades!

Fran was born November 7, 1941 to Mr.and Mrs. Frank Baran of Youngstown, Ohio.

Fran is survived by her three sons Richard [Kelly] Desjardin, of New Braunfels, Texas, Ronald Desjardin of Hawaii and David [Christina] Desjardin of Ft. Walton Beach, Florida.  Her grandchildren, that lovingly called her "Grandy," Lauren Desjardin, Megan Kline, Joshua Desjardin, Tyler Crady-Pinon, Timothy Crady-Desjardin, Tanner Crady-Desjardin, and Juliet Crady-Desjardin; her first great grandchild, Miley Crady; her siblings Sonny [Char) of Poland, Ohio, Barbra Davey, of Canada, New York, Matt [Kim Black] Baran of Taylor, Texas, Thomas [Nancy] Baran of Saint Petersburg, Florida and her "little big sister" Mary [Gary] Hancock of Gun Barrel City, Texas. Fran's quick wit and ability to make her friends and family laugh will truly  be missed.
