It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of our beloved brother Eddie Mercado, aged 70 years old, on January 19th, 2024. Eddie was born on January 14th, 1954, in San Antonio, Texas to parents, Frank and Juanita Mercado.

Eddie is preceded in death by his parents and sister-in-law, Irma Mercado.

He is survived by his brother Frank Mercado, sister Diana Koger (Thomas), and Dora Meyers (Gerard).

Eddie was a kind, compassionate soul to all those who were fortunate enough to cross his path. His neighbors will greatly miss Eddie's presence in his neighborhood, as he often sat outside waving and talking with those who stopped to visit. We will miss his laughter and his lightheartedness forever.
