Denise Marie Rourke, aged 58, of San Antonio, Texas, passed away on January 21st, 2024. Denise Marie Rourke was diagnosed with Bradycardia, Acute on chronic Hypoxemic Respiratory Failure, Septic Hypotension, and Hypertension.

Denise is survived by Samuel Earl Rourke Sr, Stacy Riley, Kachiri Finch, Samuel Earl Rourke JR and 14 grandchildren and a great grandchild. She is also survived by three sisters, Christina Murray, Mary Rodriguez, Barbara Rourke (John Rourke.)

Denise was a very kind person and was a very kind wife. I love her very much and will miss her very much.
