'Bill' William Earl Chandler passed away on Monday, August 20, 2012 in San Antonio, Texas at the age of 57. He is survived by his loving wife: Helga Chandler; his sons: William Brent Chandler and Steven Ray Chandler; his daughter: Michelle Marie Chandler; his sister: Jeanette I. Bedford; his grandchildren: Kaine Kemmerer, Cheyenne Garcia, Felicity Garcia, Josiah Chandler, and Leylah Harizavi. The graveside service will be Tuesday, August 28, 2012, 2 p.m. at Ft. Sam Houston National Cemetery with military honors
