etty L. Spencer passed away on January 28th 2013. She was born July 28th 1935. Betty was preceded in death by her daughter; Claudia Easley and her husband of 52 years, Earl R. Spencer. She is survived by her sons; Earl R. Spencer, Jr. and Nathan C. Spencer. Betty was a great wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, sister, step-mom, mother-in-law, and friend.
